their staffing needs. She specializes in recruiting and selection and
training and development. A skilled facilitator, she offers customized
workshop on topics such as Engaging and Motivating your Workforce, Managing
Four Generations in the Workplace and Effective Interviewing. She holds a
BA in International Relations and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource
Management. When not motivating employers and their employees, you can find
her running the local trails.

Claudette Keller has worked in the performance improvement
field for over 25 years. Her BSc degree in Human Development assists her in
understanding motivation and personality, and her MSc in Education/Training
and Performance Improvement enables her to customize training and
performance improvement interventions in a myriad of professional settings.
She is the author of four books and training aids.

Alison Roberts has a Masters degree in Psychology and years of
